1. Estimate & Final Price
The instant quote shown on our website is only a starting estimate. Final pricing may change after we review your file, material, size, print location, quantity, colors, complexity, and deadline.
2. File Review
All uploaded files are reviewed before production. If your file needs cleanup, redesign, resizing, color adjustment, or conversion, additional design or setup fees may apply.
3. Production Time
Production time depends on order size, file quality, material availability, and workload. Rush orders may include additional fees.
4. Custom Order Refunds
Because custom orders are made specifically for each customer, orders may not be refundable once design work, setup, printing, or production has started.
5. Customer Approval
For certain orders, Printoony may request confirmation before production begins. Please review all details carefully before approving.
6. Uploaded Files
Customers are responsible for providing files they have the right to use. Printoony may refuse files that are inappropriate, copyrighted without permission, or not suitable for production.
